- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have been loyal H & R block customer for the last 10 years. I usually go to the location on HWY 24. This year i called and tried to set up an appointment at this Independence Square location and boy O boy the girl that answered the phone was rude and did not want to make a reservation. It almost seemed like she was doing me a favor having to set me up an appointment after almost 10 days this was in the month of March. Bad customer service.By Adeel Ur Rab, September 17, 2017
